By ticking the consent to the processing of personal data when registering with Fortumania, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, confirm that I am 16 or older and, under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", consent to the operator processing my personal data on the following terms.

2. Purposes
Registering and keeping my Fortumania account, signing in to it, confirming my email address, sending me email about the account, checking names for unacceptable content, and protecting the account and the Service.
3. Personal data
Email address, username, display name, password (kept only as a hash), one-time confirmation codes, the account's identifier, IP address and browser details at sign-in, dates of registration, of confirming my age, of accepting the Terms of Service and of giving this consent, and records of actions on the account.
4. Actions and methods
Collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision) to those named in section 5, depersonalisation, blocking and destruction, with and without automation.
5. Processing on the operator's instructions
The operator may instruct Yandex.Cloud LLC (Yandex Cloud) to process the data: storing it, sending email (Yandex Cloud Postbox) and checking names (YandexGPT); and YANDEX 360 for Business LLC (Yandex 360) to keep email correspondence with the user. Both process it on servers in Russia, with no transfer across borders.
6. Duration and withdrawal
The consent lasts until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn by writing to contact@sparrowsoul.ru from the address in the account, or by deleting the account. Once it is withdrawn, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except where the law allows processing it without consent.
